Short and sweet!

As they say, Elvis has left the building.  In this case Elvis being harvest, and me being perfectly fine with that.  It was an early, but short and sweet harvest for us this year.  Yields were dramatically down from previous years and that contributed to the earlier harvest for us.  As I write this on Oct. 25th we are completely pressed off and just stirring the barrels daily now as they finish primary and secondary fermentation.  We have even SO2 some of the wines; which in our world means that we put them to bed to rest in our barrel room for the next year or more.

We are gearing up for Fall release weekend in Walla Walla on Nov 5-7th. We will be releasing 5 of the 6 new wines we released to our wine club members last month. I say only 5 of 6 because we are already sold out of our 2020 Eternal Perspective Grenache Blanc.  We only made 30 cases of this in 2020 so there wasn’t much left after our wine club gobbled it up.  If you missed this, maybe this is the time to join our wine club so you don’t miss wines like this again!

We will have a nice little spread to munch on during Fall release weekend, along with mulled wine since it should be a chilly one.  We also have Chris Jonlick playing an acoustic set Saturday from 3-5pm.  Swing down and enjoy the new wines, some mulled wine, and a great set from a local hometown favorite.  No cover.

Our Good Vibes wine club members should keep an eye out for a winemaker dinner invite.  This is a limited event so we will be offering it to our Good Vibes wine club members first.  It will be on Saturday, Dec 4th at the winery.  I plan on pulling out a library wine or 2 as well!

In case you missed it, our 2021 Fall Release Lineup:

2020 Eternal Perspective Grenache Blanc (Currently Sold Out)

2016 Eternal Passion Reserve Red

2018 Eternal Foundation Syrah

2017 Eternal Zen Syrah

2017 Eternal, Rocket Man Red

2017 Eternal Optimism GSM

Our 2017 Eternal Zen, that was released in the fall shipment for our wine club, was just scored 91+ by “Wine Advocate”.  “With a long-lingering finish, the Syrah ends with energetic acidity and ripe, dark red fruit tones that trail with a tannic edge. Bravo, it’s delicious. Only 600 bottles were produced.”

Interested in joining our wine club? Free Shipping! We have 3 different tiers. The Sir McCartney is just Eternal Wine selections, the Hexum is a mixture of both labels, and the Petty is just our Drink Washington State label.  You can join for free, and it’s just 2 shipments a year:  your choice of 6 or 12 bottles.
