Wow, time is flying!

This last month is a little bit of a blur for me as it’s been crazy.  I only spent about 50% of my time in Walla Walla.  I love being on the road and meeting new people, so don’t feel sorry for me.  Picasso on the other hand misses me, so you can most certainly feel bad for him, even though he is always in good hands.  It’s like everything in life though, we get through it together with the help of our friends.  I am lucky to have many.

Spring release weekend was a blast and thank you to all who came out and supported. Our late-night dance party was fun and it’s always amazing seeing all our wine club members.  We are almost sold out of our wine club only Eternal Privilege Cabernet Franc.  You really don’t want to miss out on this one time only wine!  Only 1 barrel produced.

We were just featured in the Wine and Craft Beverage magazine with a full-page article on myself and our two labels.  You can see this write up here.  As you may know, I love doing interviews and winemaker dinners, but presentations are a little bit of a new thing for me. This last Thursday I was honored to give a 2-hour presentation to Amazon.  This event was made possible by a friend, and I really enjoyed myself.  We tasted 3 wines and went into winemaking and Walla Walla Syrah.  It was a truly great experience for me and I may go further down this rabbit hole!

We have so many awesome events coming up, along with a couple of tricks up our sleeves still.  We are having a party tonight for Food Truck night.  There will be live music from Caden Mayfield from 6-8pm, followed up with some chill beats from DJ Tony B.  You are more than welcome to bring your food into our winery as we have seating available inside and out.

Celebrate Walla Walla is coming up and this will be a don’t miss weekend in Walla Walla.  Rex Picket, who wrote Sideways, will be in town to speak about his love for Merlot.  Merlot is the varietal that we are celebrating this year and I will be pouring our 2015 Eternal Gratitude Merlot for the tasting.  We are also involved in a winemaker dinner at the Marcus Whitman with a couple of other wineries.  There are less than 20 tickets left for this dinner so jump on it now!

As you know, we are bringing Grammy nominated artist, Brother Dege, to the INK in Walla Walla!!  He was nominated for his hit on Django Unchained.  Dress like a character from any Quentin Tarantino movie and receive a complimentary drink ticket.  Tickets are $15 and we are almost sold out.  Click here to buy tickets: https://theink.brownpapertickets.comor buy them at either of our tasting rooms in Walla Walla.

I now need to ask a favor from you.  We are working hard to get the news out there about our amazing wines and staff but we cannot do it alone.  I ask that you take a second and review us on any platform that you feel comfortable with. Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Trip Advisor are just a few to mention.  I appreciate it, my friends!

Our downtown tasting room is now open 7 days a week:  Sun-Wed. 12-5 pm and Thurs-Sat. 12-8 pm.  Our airport location is open Friday-Sunday 11-5 pm.  *We are open later for special events.

Sound & Stone, Calico Bones, Mari Gisele, Caden Mayfield, Denny Sedam and Robert Gomez, AKA Zemog Otrebor, are all back in the tasting room as their unique styles make them local favorites.   Free live music is from 5:30-7:30 pm.  Locals taste our Drink Washington State wines for free.
