Drink Washington State Columbia Valley Chardonnay

Drink Washington State 2104 Chardonnay: 100% Chardonnay from the Columbia Valley. This Chardonnay was aged in stainless steel until a month before bottling when it was aged in neutral French oak. It has notes of green apple, guava, orange blossoms and pineapples. Finishing with lychee, lemon curd, pear and spice box notes.

Drink Washington State Sparkling Riesling: 100% Riesling. This semi-sweet sparkling wine has notes of ripe quince, lemon curd, coconut, and honey. On the palate it’s very broad, creamy and beady with hints of key lime pie, honey dew, orange peel, cantaloupe, caramel apple and honey.

Drink Washington State 2015 Northern White Blend: 90% Roussanne, 8% Marsanne, 2% Viognier from the Columbia Valley.

Aged in neutral French oak for 6 months. Bursting out of the glass with notes of pear, cantaloupe, ripe melon, banana, white lilies and lime zest. Finishing with lingering zesty acidity wrapped in vanilla.

Groovin on Wahluke Slope 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Carmenere. New Release! Violet and perfume notes followed by soft fruit notes of blackberry and plums. On the palate cherry, dried cranberry, and dusty tannins that finish with mouth-watering acidity. This fruit forward Cabernet is begging for food, perfect with Chicken Parmesan!

Enjoy Walla Walla 2014 Carmenere: 97% Carmenere, 3% Cabernet Franc. New Release!  First off look at that color! Dark plush fruit on the nose wrapped in vanilla soy. Spicy white pepper, plums, dark cherry on the palate with a nice jalapeno finish. This wine has big flavor and length on the finish. Take a seat, have a glass, enjoy Walla Walla.

Escape to Walla Walla 2015 Red Blend $26: New Release! 65% Cab Sauv 15% Merlot 15% Cab Franc 5% Petit Verdot Co-Fermented and aged in French Oak. This wine is very expressive! Clove, black currant, anise, black olive, vanilla, blackberry with cooked raspberry notes on nose. On the palate stone fruits, dark coffee roast, plums and cordite with a long tannin finish.
